Bolete is a lovely place to dine, always fresh locally sourced ingredients creating interesting and delicious entrees. Drinks and desserts are on a par all to themselves. Excellent! A wonderful place to celebrate a special occasion or just a cozy couple night out! Bon Appitite!

Bolete is by far the best farm to table in the Lehigh Valley and Southeast PA. The food is excellent and the dessert have gotten much better. Reservations are recommended. The Service is average and could use fine tuning. The atmosphere is great.
