We arranged for a private room to host a birthday party. The room was lovely with great views of the city. Service was very exceptional!!! Just great. We were very happy with the food as well. Certainly a fine restaurant.

No doubt about it you pay for the view. This is for tourists. It's OK. Not exacty the Rainbow Room. Good Happy Hour. Locals avoid it.
You sit a top the Two Liberty skyscrapper building with panoramic views of the south and west sides of Philadelphia. Although there are some better restaurants in Philadelphia, the food and drinks are very good. And the view cannot be beat.
