The wife and where staying down the street from Ralph's. This was a pleasant surprise for us. The menu was diverse so we had good choices. The chicken tenders where very good. You can meet locals as well as other tourist. This is a good place to relax after all of the walking and tours within the area. Look for... More

This was the worst food we have ever ate or seen. The food was so bad that we actually sent back 4 plates. The manager, who is also the bartender, was somewhat bewildered by our statements and almost looked thru the salads to see if the leaves were indeed rotten (just like Ralph ;( ) This is a poop hole... Came for lunch on a lovely Sunday in the winter. Food was passable; service was abysmal. Everyone was waiting. The staff seemed to be incompetent, not overworked. Give it a miss.

We really enjoyed our trips to Ralphs You can have drinks and food all day and very late into the night. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We tried the sampler appetizer and it was Great. There hamburger's looked and smelled extremely good.

We had a very good meal here. Wait staff was super - helping us with ordering the local perogies which we wanted to try. They were just what we wanted for a lighter fare dining. Others had the ravioli and sausage meatballs which were also good. Wine list is limited but adequate.

My first visit was not what I would have liked at Rotten Ralph's. I wanted a beer after a long walk looking at historical sites in old Philadelphia. It was a lovely evening so we sat outside. Nice sidewalk tables were a plus in busy area. I ordered lobster bisque soup and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The soup was very... More

Stopped here for happy hour. Drinks were not that cheap even for happy hour. The 1/2 priced apps are terrible. Nice area outside to sit, but don't make this your main stop.

This was my first trip to Philly... I'll be back! Rotten Ralph's is in a supper location. You can eat out side (my choice) upstairs or at the bar. Decent beer selection and excellent and affordable food.
