Came to this Ruby Tuesday to have an early evening burger. It wasn't bad, it was just okay. My server, Monty, he was outstanding!

Always had good service and you have a problem they will make it right. Especially, like the salad bar and happy hour.

I usually skip chain restaurants, but this was convenient to where I was staying. It was pretty much as I expected: decent food, but nothing out of the ordinary. The server was attentive and friendly, the best part of the my experience.

Ordinary, albeit "Restaurant Week" menu. The server got orders mixed-up; was not completely familiar with menu.

We have often eaten at RT when we travel. This location was not great. They got the order wrong several times, and when finally corrected, the food was barely edible. Hopefully it is just this location

We got to Philly late and found Ruby Tuesday right around the corner from the Kimpton. We were seated promptly and our drink order was taken, but it took over 15 minutes to get our drink, and it wasn't that busy. We ordered after that and the food took a while to get to us as well. We all had... More

My hotel was across the road and as I walk all day I like to find a place to eat that requires little activity. It had a good menu, the pork chop and steaks were excellent. However on my third visit it was July 4th. There was no notice displayed anywhere with different opening times. The service was appalling. There... More

Went here with my children yesterday after a movie. The waitress Lauren was very polite and friendly. Checked on us and was very informative. The food was cooked good, arrived hot and didn't take to long. I just didn't like their dessert menu not much to choose from and the apple crumble with vanilla ice cream was not good. The dough... Situated in downtown Philadelphia, this chain restaurant offers homely food in a spacious and comfortable setting. It is a typical "steak-and-burger" place and the offerings, though straightforward, are very tasty. Service can get a little slow when the place is busy.
