As vegetarians, we had very high expectations of the taste of the food and we found the food to be compensating for the fact there was no meat, instead of playing on the strength of the veganism. It was a good one time visit.

Lived up to the rave reviews. And if vegan conjours up images of tasteless goop or meat wannabees, you will be pleasantly disabused. The menu is divided into three parts—Vedge Bar, Dirt LIst, and The Grill—and a meal is one selection from each part. The...More

The food was excellent - both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy the combinations of flavors and creative preparations of vegetables. It is a bit pricey and the dishes are small, so be prepared. The carrot, which was so highly recommended, was actually our least favorite...More

I had the pleasure of eating at Vedge and had the best meal ever. As a vegan it is always a challenge to eat out, but not here! It’s refreshing to eat at a restaurant that features delicious vegan dishes, instead of having one vegan...More

Many small plates. Great for sharing. Hands down the most delicious vegan food I have had. Every single thing we ordered was delicious and very different from anything I've had in any other restaurant.

The waitress recommended we choose 3 dishes per person. Since there were four of us, we only had to decide which two dishes NOT to order! So we got a chance to sample almost every item on the menu. The presentation was invariably artistic, and...More

Truly phenomenal meal. The use of flavors and seasoning here is an art-- just miraculous what they can do with vegetables. Every dish was amazing, the Fancy Radish, Stuffed avocado, rutabaga fondue, leek tart, charred Brussel sprouts, nebrondini mushrooms, glazed tofu, and maitaki mushroom. Plus...More

Start with two and, if you're enjoying yourselves and are not full, order some more. It comes relatively quickly.

The rooms are large with plenty of space between tables. I don't remember thinking it was loud at all. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
