This place is a hot spot; be prepared to wait for a table. We had the vegan french toast with strawberries... to die for! The mac and cheese with bacon and jalapeños... comfort food with a kick! Be advised: they take CASH only. They do have an ATM right in the restaurant if you don't have cash on you. Worth... More

I have been to the Green Eggs Café several times now, and it has not once disappointed. The service is always great, the food is incredible, and the prices aren't too bad. There usually is a long wait, but it is definitely worth it. All their breakfast options sound amazing. I usually order one of the French toasts and it... More

Wish we had stayed longer so we could try this place again. The menu had so many intriguing options on it, but what we did order was very good! It was very busy when we went, but maybe because there were only two of us, we didn't have to wait. Just be aware that you will be getting A LOT... More

I went here for breakfast during a stay in Philadelphia. The breakfast burrito was amazing (though a little expensive)! I highly recommend you to drop by if you are in philly.

I couldn't wait to try this place. Looks cool and menu was vast. I went for breakfast - disappointed. Food was overcooked and portions way too large (some like that, I know). Taste was fair at best. Service was slow. This is a cash only place (seriously??!). They do have an ATM machine inside for a 0.99 fee.

We wandered into Green Eggs Cafe, looking for some breakfast before hitting the road. We were not prepared for the size of the breakfast that we were about to have. Neither of us could finish our meals and as we watched other meals being served to nearby tables, it was apparent that there was no such thing as a light... More

The one thing that I crave at this place, the Mexican Breakfast was taken off the menu. No other reason for me to return.

We were in Philly visiting our son on a Sunday morning. There was a bit of a wait......1 hour. It was worth it! We had the creme brûlée and salty Carmel French toast. It was delish! It was all very rich, but oh so yummy! It is a little pricey, especially if you ad the pitcher of Mimosas for 25$.... More

Our family may like visiting here just a bit more than going to the Christmas orchestra show. We always love going to breakfast here before going to the show. I am generally a eggs man for breakfast but I seen the shrimp Créole with grits.... and I am so glad I ordered it. The portions are generous and you better... More

We loved this place! Started out with coffee and loved it. We didn't have to wait long at all. But if we did it would have been worth it. The staff was amazing. Loved our waitress. The food was outstanding. Atmosphere was fun and for all people and families! Go Go!
