On a night evening or afternoon, think about sitting outside, but the ambiance inside is equally delightful. The service is terrific and the food is delicious. I have been here several times and it is consistently very good. It is in a nice, non-congested part of the city too. You might be able to find on street parking. We will... More

I hate to write a review for this restaurant because I would like to keep it a hidden secret. It's such a wonderful little treasure in the city. This BYO is about as authentic Italian as we can get in the US. The food is delicious and the staff is great. It's BYO which is just an added bonus. We... More

Had amazingly delicious Branzino fish dinner here with a side of broccoli rabe. Large portion and so flavorful and tender. Couldn't eat the cabbage or mashed potatoes that actually came with the dish because I am also lactose intolerant and allergic to tomatoes but they sure smelled good. The other guests loved them. Don't usually eat dessert but The lemoncello... More

we went there on a sudayn with 10 people, they opened a half hour earlier for us, it is a byo place and you have to park on the street which was no problem, i had the octopus appetizer which was very good and the lamb ragu pasta which was great, everyone enjoyed their meal a must visit.

Most authentic Italian food I've found in the Philadelphia area. Always friendly and courteous staff. BYO, no reservation. Be prepared to wait if you come at dinner time on Friday or Saturday, but it's always worth the wait.

First visit at this BYO trattoria. Packed on a Friday night but the wait wasn't long and the food was worth it. Quickly prepared, tasty, generous portions at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and atmosphere was convivial but cramped. Would retry on a weeknight, Pasta dishes were delicious, chicken parm featured a quality piece of chicken, and squid/octupus was reported... More

This neighborhood BYOB restaurant is as cute as a button, warm and inviting. The service is brisk and friendly, the food however is just OK. The Pasta's were overcooked and smothered with sauce; the Dover Sole was nicely filleted but also overcooked and also smothered in something...probably butter; the veal milanese was well cooked but...over breadcrumbed making it a little... Very small, BYO restaurant with excellent food and great service. Have been a few times and each time was a treat. Only a few tables and no reservations (at least when we went) so we went early. Really enjoyed the food and small-location ambiance.

I have been coming here, mostly for lunch, for years. The food is always fantastic. The service is impeccable. All of the staff always have a friendly 'hello' & big smile for everyone.
