3.5 years ago, my wife and I celebrated our wedding reception at the Moshulu. The great ship was the perfect spot on a summer afternoon to celebrate on deck with our family and friends, followed by a wonderful meal and more dancing and drinking. Every year, we try to come back to the tall ship to relive that night. The... More

We enjoyed a quiet Sunday evening celebrating an early Valentine's day (02/12/17), reservations were for 7.30 and we were seated quickly. Excellent views of the harbor and definitely lived up to our expectations. We ordered off of the special Sweetheart menu for Valentine's week and the service was very good. Food was fantastic, drinks were well mixed. All in all... More

We are visited Moshulu on the rainy morning on February, 12. The weather was bad but the brunch made our day! The food was very good and stuff was very friendly. I knew the history of the ship and asked the manager if I could explorer the ship and he took his time to show me around the it.It was... More

We've been coming here every year since 2011 on the Valentines day weekend. Love the charm and romantic setting, service has always been excellent for us. We've always used opentable and never had an issue. The food presentation is great and always good, although we've had better at lower prices we always go with the fixed menu for better value... We came to Philly for my birthday and wanted to eat somewhere fancy, glamorous, and fun as a celebration and boy did this historical boat pull out all the stops. Everyone there wished me a happy birthday and they even had a card prepared for me upon arrival. It was such a nice touch. The entire boat and meal was... More

Host was the worst! Empty restaurant put she wanted to sit us in a dark corner and yes we had a OpenTable reservation and when we refuse to sit there we were told we would have to wait for about half hour for the next table which really took less than 2 mins. Thanks goodness for a great waiter food... More

This would have been an Excellent except for the wait staff. Food was extremely good, we had a cold cracked lobster, scallops and pork belly, and a ribeye. All were great with wonderful presentations. The experience dining on a tall ship was nice too. The wait staff were not as good as they could have been.....only shortcoming.

Our family always goes out for a very nice dinner during the Christmas holidays and we decided to try Moshulu this year. We were not disappointed. Our waiter was terrific. We had a few questions about the menu and he answered them right away. He was very happy to offer up his favorite choices as well as the most popular... More
