My wife and I have walked by Farmicia various times and decided to try it last night. It is a shame we walked by and passed up a great meal all the other times. We found the food to be very good. My wife had the tuna and asked to substitute mashed root instead of potatoes. The presentation was excellent... More

Farmicia was recommended to us when we checked into our hotel by the woman at the front desk. We had an early dinner before a show we were attending. We ate at the bar and enjoyed good conversation, food and adult beverages. We will eat here again when we go back to Philly.

My wife and I have been here several times. There is an excellent vegetarian choices along with many other creative selection. We have always been pleased with our selections here and the service has been prompt and good. The warm bread with herb infused butter offered offered as an appetizer is a must have.

Shared an Uber with a local and he recommended this place. Glad we listened. Food was tasty and service was good. The only downside was my pork tenderloins were over cooked and not so tender.

This was a last minute choice for dinner (we did have a reservation), and one we loved! We enjoyed the Blueberry Smash cocktail as well as the espresso martini, and thought they had a reasonable selection of wines (all were 11 per glass or 42 per bottle) and beer on draft. The spanish octo appetizer was amazing, perfectly tender and... More

This is a great brunch spot! I had the grilled brie and the mexican omelette, and both were great! The breakfast potatoes were my favorite part!

We had a short window of time for an early dinner for a small group. We all ate well and enjoyed every morsel. Started with drinks and bread followed by a variety of entrees. I chose the St. Peter's fish and found it to be delicate with the potatoes and greens to be done just right as well. Would come... More

Large portions and great selection of vegetarian and vegan fare drew us to Famicia on a recent visit to Philadelphia when we visited the Flower Show. Been there before for brunch, but this was our first dinner. Freezing outside and we were seated at a table above the heating vents which quickly got too hot for comfort, but the staff... More

Farm fresh food is starting to come to major cities and we were pleased to find Farmicia that has farm fresh eggs and other ingredients from local farms. We went for breakfast which doesn't need reservations and it seems that most go for the full brunch menu that starts 10 am. We were fine with the the basic breakfast menu... More

Went for lunch last week for the first time. Great neighborhood, lot's of energy. The decor is unusual, funky I suppose, but comfortable and pleasing. On the tables when we were there instead of flowers there was a green apple in a square dish. Very simple, less is more, for sure. My companion said the last time she was there... More
