We ate here twice while on vacation. They have the best crab bisque that I’ve ever eaten! We also ordered the Shepherds Pie and Fish and Chips. Both were great! Huge selection of drinks! Wish we could go back when they have live music!

Met some friends for drinks on St Patty’s day. Despite the place being extremely crowded the service was outstanding, we didn’t have to wait long for drinks. Next time we visit we will have to try their food.

Everything you want in a pub--great atmosphere, a terrifically friendly and helpful bartender--Jared--and fantastic food! I can't remember when I've had salmon that good. I'm spoiled!

Excellent food. Not all Irish, but the Shepherd’s Pie is the best. Also, the pub’s own brand of hard cider is fantastic and I don’t usually drink. Highly recommend for casual dining.

We ordered Bangers and Mash which was delicious, and fish and chips. Service was great. I cannot remember, but I believe our waiters name was Alex? He had dark longer hair and a beard. He was on his game with drinks and our food. Everything...More

Stopped in with friends. Just down the street from the square. Not great, not terrible. Service ok. Just an average pub.

We always look forward to visiting Garry Owens in Gettysburg. Great Irish and American fare. And always cold malted beverages.

You should contact the restaurant directly and not thru TripAdvisor. I doubt the owners check TripAdvisor every day.

I did not see one. But I did see some items that may work. Depends on your kids.

Gettysburg's only Irish-owned and operated pub offers a genuine taste of Ireland through "Ceol, cainte agus craic" Music, talk & fun. Open 7 days for lunch & dinner, The Garryowen, or "The GO" as it's know to our regulars, is as inviting as any pub found back in the old country with friendly service, a large selection of Irish whiskies, the best of Ireland's draft beers, and the perfect pour of Guinness which is complimented with a carefully picked selection of international and domestic premium beers, wines and spirits. Our kitchen prepares the most authentic Irish fare in the area from the owners' family recipes, with many ingredients imported directly from Ireland. Paired with traditional pub fare, made in house daily from scratch with local ingredients where possible. Our menu is sure to satisfy the most discerning of tastes. Enjoy your meal in our cozy dining room, by the fireplace or at the bar.The first and third Sundays of each month are a special treat for lovers of Irish music, with a traditional 'Seisun' from 2 til 5pm. Reservations are highly recommended.
