Buffet is standard. Price is reasonable. Service was fantastic. Would try it again but maybe at lunch instead

The food was so-so, could have been warmer. Desserts were very good. Service was very good. Price is average for what you get. The reason for the lower 2 star rating is because the atmosphere was not appropriate for General Pickett's Buffet! Major General George...More

Nice Southern cooking buffet. You will definitely not go away hungry here. Nice dessert bar. Staff was prompt at re-filling drinks. More variety in fruits, breads & meats could add even more variety. Ribs, Fried Chicken, Roast Beef and turkey were among what was available...More

This is a lunch or dinner buffet depending on which time you choose to go. We tried the dinner buffet. Not a great variety to choose from and a little pricey for food that was mediocre at best. Maybe try the lunch buffet for better...More

If you want a buffet you would be better off going to RYAN;s in Hanover. Over cooked entrees, poor salad bar, mediocre deserts. If you like overcooked vegetables this is the place to go.

Not worth the $15 per person! I had seen good reviews of this so we decided to try it out. Our waitress was nice and friendly but the food was mediocre and the inside of the place was worn down and dirty with ripped bench...More

Selection of food was better than what I thought it would be but not overwhelming. It's a good alternative to the more expensive restaurants which is just about everything in Gettysburg. We got in without having to wait.

Save yourself the money and agony from eating here. We stopped in after a long day of walking the battlefields for a good dinner and instead left totally grossed out. The food was just downright nasty! It was boiled ribs with watery BBQ sauce and...More

Just OK. Not overwhelmed with the food. The barbecue was excellent. But the price was a little high for what we were offered.

I'm not sure if they had meatballs on the occasions I was there. There is a large selection of meats however, such as carving board ham and roast beef, as well as baked and fried chicken. I do highly recommend the short ribs... More
