First of all the service was very slow and inattentive. Took forever to get a glass of water let alone waited on. Twenty minutes after we arrived they took our order. The quesadilla with pear was missing the pear. The Cobb salad had chicken breat served over limp lettuce and the salad dressing had no flavor. The prime rib sandwich... More

Superb service with a diverse menu, decent wine list and very fair prices. Our Server Amy was just awesome - literally didn't miss a thing. The hostess Juliet (who I believe is only 16) is a ball of fire who went out of her way to accommodate us. This is the first time we have been to this restaurant for... More

I visited last Sunday for brunch. My meal included ketchup for my potatoes. I requested salsa instead of ketchup for health reasons as I cant eat food with added sugar (ketchup is packed with sugar). The waitress brought me a thimble size serving of salsa. She said if I need more just ask. So I requested more at that moment.... More

A friend was recommended this restaurant for us to try out. We ordered few dishes to share so that we could taste what they could offer. We ordered mussels and baked bone mallows which was very tasty. Then we ordered some fries to go with the sauces of the mussel. definitely it went very well. The paella was great and... More

Celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed every minute of it. Food was excellent. We had pear quesadilla for appetizer, I had the delicious pork chop. It was a thick cut but perfectly cooked and has a perfect blend of flavor. Hubby enjoyed his lamb shank too, and son devoured his paella. Server was attentive and provided good service.

Peasant and the Pear is the flagship restaurant of the Worth group, who also operate the Girl and the Fig in Sonoma. On a whim with extra time, I entered on a rainy Friday night at 6PM hooding to get in and the staff guided me to the bar where I was able to sit at a raised table. Recommended... More

I always enjoy my lunch at The Peasant & the Pear. The waiter & waitress today were as helpful & friendly as they always are. However, I had the steak salad with blue cheese & crisped onions today and it wasn't as good as it has been in the past. Most of the steak pieces were tough, even though the... More

I met a friend for dinner and we were impressed with the quality of the food. Very well prepared and fresh ingredients. The restaurant was completely packed on a Friday night, but the service was very good regardless of how busy they were. The lamb shank dish was delectable. I will recommend The Peasant and The Pear to anyone visiting... More

My family and I went for my mother's birthday dinner. My reservation was at 8:30pm. We got there and waiter for almost 15 minutes for a waiter to ask for drinks. Then a good amount of time passed by and ask us what we would like to order for dinner. The waiter didn't recommended anything, was not attentive as expected.... More

I took my good friend and coworker here for her birthday. We loved the outdoor patio. The service was great and everything we ordered was wonderful. I highly recommend the peartini cocktail, the mexican white prawns appetizer and the grand mere sandwich (chicken breast, granny smith apple and brie cheese).

Thank lynn w
