I have been here twice in the past few months on the weekends. The server is amazingly nice and gives undivided attention to the customer he is with, and if you are not the customer then expect to wait. I'm not sure if this is a fully staffed place on the weekdays but Saturday & Sunday they are out of... More

Three Layers Cafe in the Springfield neighborhood of Jacksonville, Florida offers a casual comfortable atmosphere with quality American cuisine. I enjoyed a chicken salad sandwich with a side of pasta salad that really hit the spot. The cozy neighborhood setting has a trendy rustic look of brick, exposed wooden beams, with splashes of color provided by paintings from local artists.... More

A cozy coffe shop with really friendly staff. We enjoyed or chicken salad and turkey artichoke sandwiches, as well as the delicious coffee and sweet tea. The atmosphere was very relaxing.

My husband and I stumbled upon this cafe after making a wrong turn in a rain storm, so glad we found this place! It's near downtown in an odd area that appears to be a mix of commercial and residential. The building is old with unique beams and other cool structural features. The coffee is fantastic, and they offer beer,... More

Great food and service. Laid back vibe very cozy and unique place. Coffee baristas make great cup of joe and the baker makes some delicious treats just like grandma use to crank out. The pecan coffee cake is the jam! You can hang out in the courtyard and chill with the pet bunny, yes live bunny while reading or surfing... More

This is my safe haven cafe. I come in for lunch meetings and late night wine tastings. You can catch almost every local superstar Lavillan performing almost every night of the week. Come in and get a Jeff Square !

on our way to the cafe, I was rather worried because of the location but as soon as we got in, all my fears subsided! the place was very cozy and rather lovely. My family and I had the chocolate espresso cake, cheesecake and Jeff squares ala mode. although all the items are in a refrigerated case, they must do... More

The location is a bit strange but this place is great. The barista was super sweet. There was live music the night we went so that fun. There is art on the wall for sale from a local artist and it is pretty great. The coffee was good as was the smoothie. Would come here again. Also they had plugs... More

Description
This is a 1920's building that has been restored into a High End Bistro. Nesteled into a residential neighborhood just North of Downtown, this is a perfect place for a latte cappucinno or bagle and coffee in the morning, Salads, chicken salad, soups and Pannin's for lunch, and Three Layer cakes, and other home made desserts. In the evening it has a high end well appointed wine bar that serves local beer on tap. Wonder out to the Zen Garden with water features, towering bamboo and a tame bunny named Bugsy roaming freely for the kids to pet. It is simply a perfect place for people visiting Jacksonville to visit.
