The food was delayed/unbelievably salty/ and wrong. Our waitress wasn't knowledgeable of the menu nor of our needs. Wouldn't go there again.

Placed an order online and only received about half the food. We didn't realize until we got home that it was incomplete. I called back and they are refunding the money on the credit card, but we still didn't have enough food for our family get together.
Not usually a Bob Evans diner but this place is convenient to job site. Savannah was an efficient server and seemed to really like what she does and was very attentive. She recommended the pot pie and this was not disappointing. Actually came back a second visit and picked up a take out of soup and it was really good... More
Warm and welcoming staff. Quick service drinks, salad, main course and desert. Salad cold and crisp with dressing on the side. A basket of different breads warm in the center that melts the butter that makes the dinner roll melt in your mouth. Ice tea (sweet and unsweet) with a smooth taste. Our waterless Savanna was SUPER took care of... More
Stopped in for a late breakfast and I was very disappointed by their service! My wife ordered a normal breakfast of eggs, bacon, English muffin and the eggs were partially uncooked, very unusual and she's on that won't send anything back. She ordered a vanilla latte? Slow, slow, did I say slow to get this to the table. After siping... More
We use to go to Bob Evans all the time when we lived in Indiana so we were so happy to see one here in Jacksonville and even happier that the food was totally delicious. We called in for lunch and started off with their Onion Petals - now if you loved the old Applebees onion petals that sadly they... More
The country home fries were raw, al dente, the gravy cold, the old dude expo in the kitchen his dentures must be off he kept touching his mouth with the glove and never changed the glove. The two managers were making fun of one of the customers at the front counter. The sign outside doesn't even have the right letters.... More
Hey, it's a Bob Evans. What can I say? "Want to go out for breakfast? OK, where?" is the way the conversation usually goes. You are hungry and ready to let someone else do the cooking. And besides, there is that little biscuits&gravy itch that needs scratching. Nice place, clean, good Bkfst., and plenty of coffee. Somebody else does the... More
Took the grand-children to brunch Sunday. Place was very crowded which was expected but had to wait approximately 45 minutes with empty tables. Staff seemed to be hustling about but those tables weren't immediately cleaned for the next group of guest. Finally seated and ordered. We had country fried steak for the record. Food arrived cold and the steak tasted... More
