Being Hispanic I typically cook my own tacos and enchiladas etc., but being the lazy person that I was last night and dinner date night with my son we visited this location. We'd been here before and just like our previous visit the food was good, service is good and the Horchata was excellent! We happened to arrive at happy... More

We have gone to this restaurant many times. It is was our favorite Mexican restaurant. Tonight the appetizer had ice chunks in it. (It was taken off the bill.) The mole sauce was overly salty and lacking sweetness. The burrito was barely warm, full of rice, and had no spiciness. Family members came into the kitchen and yelled their conversation... More

I love everything about this little family run restaurant. Have dined here on many occasions and have found the service to be excellent, food arrives quickly, waiters/waitresses are quick to top off beverages and the prices are reasonable. I enjoy sitting outside on nice days on a table that overlooks the water of Youngs Bay. Chips and salsa are not... More

Read reviews. Went. Was average at best. Seemed like a place that you visit once. Actually seemed like the place where if I wanted for so lackluster then I would have made it myself. Once was enough.

It really is the best around. I'm super picky when it comes to Mexican food and this place is fantastic! We eat here at least once a month. Burritos are delicious.

I eat here at least once every two months, sometimes more, especially if I'm feeling really sorry for myself and the only thing that will make me feel better is eating a big ol' bowl of refried beans in the middle of the afternoon while overlooking the choppy waters of Young's Bay. The menu is brief and uncomplicated; service is... More

We enjoyed another wonderful lunch here a few days ago. We like to go when the weather is warm and sit out back and eat. You will have gorgeous views of Youngs Bay while you dine. This time I had the Chili Relleno plate which is served with beans, rice and a small green salad. You also get warm flour... More

Get yourself here if you claim to love Mexican food. Delicious. Rustic atmosphere. Had the Torta with tasty carnitas on authentic Talera roll and Chicken Mole, which was a delicate, slightly spicy sauce, not the heavy chocolate version. Friendly staff. Would eat here every day if lived close by.

Hidden gem, I'm no world traveler or resteraunt expert but the food here was wonderful the service was great ..... super nice gal serving us. Food was fresh and what I would say damn close to homemade...... yes it was that good, it has a real authentic flavor. We make an annual fishing trip to Astoria this place will be... More

I am a bit of a Mexican food snob. I've been to many restaurants and this one has to be one of my top 3! Ever! They have a variety of authentic Mexican food and I love how all of their flour tortillas, corn tortillas, soaps, and gorditas are all made fresh! My only complaint if any is the Horchata... More
