We were a group of 5 that met up in Astoria for lunch. Locals chose the Wet Dog. A few of us sampled the beer and I had their root beer. Very good! I chose the halibut and chips and the rest ran the gamut from chicken to burgers. My halibut was beer battered and very light, just the way... More

This is a pleasant place for a quick bite or a lengthy beer. The service is good, there is a variety of food, including vegetarian options, and the food is good. You can enjoy a pleasant meal inside or outside (weather permitting) and drink.

Enjoyed my halibut fish and chips and they had a nice selection of beers to choose from. They also had a nice view of the harbor.

We went for lunch, the food was mediocre at best. It is in a fun location and a cool building though.

Stopped by here hoping to catch the Duck Mens' Basketball Game but stayed for a beer and a bowl of sumptuous New England-style clam chowder. Nice, youthful vibe.

Upon arriving with a group including our 13 pound four legged friend, we were told service dogs only! Found that a little strange due the the property name, but we stayed and enjoyed our time there

This restaurant is located on the scenic Astoria Boardwalk. I was in the mood for seafood and this place did not disappoint. It is dog friendly, so that is a huge plus. I came here with my dog and we sat out on the sunny deck. You will be right across from the water though so even on a sunny... More

This was our 5th visit to Wet Dog. We keep coming back to try more items off the menu. This time we had Beer Cheese Fondue, Fish Tacos and a Halibut Fish Sandwich. Everything was excellent. The way they batter their fish for both the fish and chips and the fish sandwich is the best I've ever had. It's not... More

This place is right down town on the Columbia River. It is very busy at mealtime so get there a bit early. parking can be a problem at lunch as they only have street parking if I remember right. The food is worth it however, and the service is spot on.

Thank Gilbert F
