I booked this place on-line from another country about 2 months in advance for a special birthday and it was a good decision. Excellent food, service and wine. Friendly staff.

The food is really delicious and they offer many food-sensitive items. My gluten-sensitive daughter had a cheese burger with a bun that she said tasted every bit as good as a regular bun. I had the regular bun and it was great.

Almost under the Astoria-Megler Bridge, this comfortable spot obviously offers a great view of the span. We were there on a beautiful day but too windy to be outside. Lots of outdoor seating for the warmer months. Inside, a wall of glass faces the river. Large high ceilinged room. Nice menu. The mac & cheese comes steaming hot in a... More

The Columbia River, the Cannery Pier Hotel, the Astoria-Megler Bridge ... all three sights are rolled into one to make a picturesque setting for the Bridgewater Bistro. This in itself made for a good lunch experience, and we also found the service to be on point. The lunch menu could, perhaps, have been a little more imaginative, but it included... More

Went here for lunch. Loved the atmosphere. Quiet and quaint, this place served a very good meal. A little more upscale than some of the pubs we visited on this trip, this place was a nice change. The waiter was very kind and engaging. The service was wonderful and all staff greeted us and said thank you after we left.... More

We had small plate pan fried oysters, they were lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. We also had the curry seafood chowder and I thought it was very good as well. Nothing had that fishy taste, so I enjoyed that. My wife tried the chocolate martini and liked it very much what she really loved was the raspberry lemon drop. The... More

This restaurant is a little hard to find but it is worth the effort. The view of the Columbia River and the bridge to Washington are super. It has a modern classic décor and prompt and friendly service. I had a Salmon BLT that was scrumptious!

We spent one night passing through Astoria and ate at this wonderful bistro for dinner. It was buzzing with happy customers and live piano as well. We enjoyed the small plate options and of course, the sunset. Food was gourmet and healthy.
