babas is a favorite. it is a great neighborhood spot with excellent and healthy food. i love their "friends don't let friends eat store bought hummus" theme and that they rotate a hummus of the month. have always had a great meal and always feel welcomed by the owner and staff. definitely has a "community" feel.

I go to Baba's almost every week. It is a great little place, full with great food and very nice people. I always order the food and pick it up in 15 min, they are fast!. Their zuchinni fries, couscous salad and Sanakopita are amazing and my favourites. And they also do catering! We have gotten them a few times... More

Neighborhood vibe in this cozy place with fabulous Mediterranean food ! Must try the 3 dip appetizer with best humus and babaganoush I have ever had ! Ask for veggies to dip and get a beautiful assortment of red peppers, carrots, cucumbers and apple slices. Great salmon entree with turmeric sauce and rice. Lamb and Chicken dishes are great too... To be honest, we keep ordering the same thing off the menu because we think it's so good. We get the chicken kabob platter. It comes with delicious rice and hummus with a few pieces of pita. I can't speak to their other menu items, but the kabob is great. There is enough food that we usually get two meals... More

My wife and I had to get our hummus fix, and so we decided to try this restaurant before heading to the inner harbor. It was bustling at the time, but we had a cozy corner to sit in after ordering. The hummus was of course amazing, and beautifully prepared. Our lamb and chicken kabobs were also great, a very... More

The staff wear t-shirts that say "Friends don't let friends eat store bought hummus." How true it is! This hummus is like nothing you've ever eaten and the Baba Ghannoush is just as delicious. In fact, everything is just as delicious! It's hard to decide what to order but it's OK to get extras because even the entrees are only... More

Whenever we come to Baltimore, we always get a meal from Baba's. The food is so delicious, whether it is a kabob platter or a bunch of appetizers or the sides. Last night I had the shrimp ouzo and it was oh so scrumptious! And don't forget to order the zucchini fries! I can't wait to return!

Baba's is a small, cozy, BYOB Mediterranean restaurant on Fort Ave., away from the louder parts of Fed Hill. The food is delicious, and Farid (along with the entire Baba's staff) is amazingly kind and always warm and welcoming. The hummus is incredible, and they always have a rotating "special" flavor on the menu. All of the food is great,... More

My wife and I frequent Baba's regularly since it's a convenient, easy walk from our offices. The food is exceptional. Fresh, authentic and mouth watering. We've never been disappointed. The humus is fantastic. For lunch, I highly recommend the quinoa salad with chicken, though, again, you'll be happy no matter what you order. If you're getting something to go, grab... More

Small place, byob - I will sometimes eat there but usually take home. The food is good and reasonably priced the hummus is amazing and I love the emails sent by the owner. It is one business email list that never annoys me. I love you baba's!
