Good Mexican food and with the best view of the harbor, try the Sangria. The restaurant sits on the top floor and offers a splendid view of the surrounding area.

Changed name and theme - Now Woody's Cantina Third floor, great view of Fells Point, the water, four TV's. Mexican themed, so Mexican beer (on tap) and simple one sheet mexican food menu. From the street it looks like the upstairs to an ice cream café, but it is not. There is a side entrance or go through Slainte. Wife... More

This place used to be a rum bar but now it's all about the tequila!! The margaritas were really good but the best part was the view this place has !!

Beat thing about this place is the location. Beautiful view of the harbor but the food was not up to par. Not sure how you can go wrong with wings but they did....no seasoning. Drinks were more juice and ice but the tacos were good. I'd give another shot when visiting but I'll definitely try something else

We went here because we needed something to eat in less than 30 minutes. This is a tiny place and it was nearly empty . Our waiter greeted us and told is to sit anywhere. The service turned out to be terribly slow I had to stand up to get the waiter to ring up my bill. The food was... More

Stopped there after dinner with a group of 4 for after dinner drinks. The sangria was a bit strange as it had a cinnamon note. But the chips, salsa and guacamole were excellent. I recommend a high top table as if you sit at a regular table, your view of the harbor will be bisected by the window ledge. Plenty... More

The view from Woody's is a great compliment to the food that they serve. Tacos that will have you coming back for more anytime you have the chance, and the coldest bottles of beer in Fells Point to go along with them. It can get busy, very busy, so if you can hold off until the lunch crowd leaves, you'll... More

Nice view from the 3rd floor of this old building and cool evening breeze with all the windows open. Generous pours, and good drinks in a fun area!

This is a very fun, casual atmosphere type bar. When the weather is good, it provides a nice open air feel overlooking the water, The food is very good offering a Mexican flair

My cousin & I just came off the water taxi and walking around the fells point. We saw "rum bar" , now with both of us being Jamaicans … it struck out attention to go find out about it. It turned out to be a hidden gem. I saw "wray and nephew white over proof rum" in the bar &... More
