3 of 5 bubbles Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

We went for dinner after a business conference. All of the plates were dirty on the table. They had to bring some back and only brought 3 for our 4 people. The appetizers and wine came quickly but the meals took a long time to arrive. They were good but I wish it hadn't taken so long. Would come back... More

Well thought out menu with good selection of wine/ alcohol to match. Friendly efficient service. The only thing not so great was the milk chocolate po' de creme. Literally tastes like dipping your spoon into a sugar bowl.

I ate here several times while staying at the hotel. Their breakfasts are phenomenal. The healthy Bennie is awesome, I got it twice. What's nice about this place is it feels like it's completely separate from the hotel. We had drinks there one night as well, it can get pretty busy at the bar on a weekend night.

I had the ribeye steak, which was tender and flavorful, cooked very well. I had wanted the Tuesday special and called ahead to be sure I could get the fried chicken. The woman on the phone said yes, but when i got there she said that it was restaurant week and she didn't know that they didn't have the specials.... More

Nice little restaurant with some unique combinations. I had the caprese chicken sandwich. It was a huge chicken breast with a tomato relish and melted cheese. It was nice to have a choice of fries or salad. I picked the salad, frizzy lettuce and tomato with pickled onions with a citrus vinaigrette. Alittle over priced, waiter was great and a... More

This fantastic Brasserie, located in the historic former headquarters of the first U.S. railroad - The B & O, is totally on track. The decor is inviting. The service is professional yet welcoming. The food is outstanding. I truly recommend that sooner than later you jump on this dinning experience - All Aboard!!!

This is a place to get either a burger or a perfectly cooked branzino. Small but well-priced wine list and great cocktails. The place is understated elegance. Casual but sophisticated. Great service and wonderful food.

The B&O American Brasserie has an inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and fabulous food and drinks. I was greeted warmly and my server was friendly and gave wonderful recommendations. The house specialty drinks are amazing as well, be sure to try one (or three). The Wagyu tartare was delightful, even the flatbread was amazing.

Came here on a Tuesday evening with a friend for dinner. The non-alcoholic "mother's mule" drink was very tasty and refreshing. I ordered the fried chicken special; the chicken was moist, well seasoned, and came in a huge portion. Usually it comes with potato salad, which they didn't have for whatever reason, but our waitress let me choose another side.... More

Description
When you inherit a space as magical as the historic former Baltimore & Ohio Railroad headquarters, you've got to do it justice. We kept our building's most stunning architectural features intact while updating the space with contemporary design elements and nostalgic touches, like chairs and table lamps from original B&O dining cars. Our practices are distinctly 21st century, though, from selecting the best local produce at the farmer's market to serving cutting-edge craft cocktails to maintaining a steadfast commitment to sustainable business practices. If only train passengers from the early 1900s had it so good!
