Zhongshan restaurant was fantastic. There are many fast food Chinese places to eat where you can get your regular panda-express order, but finding anything resembling authentic Chinese food can have you driving our of Baltimore and up to Silver Spring to Oriental East. I was incredibly excited to try any Dim Sum option in baltimore- and this one did not... More

The ambience at Zhongshan is not great, agreed. And I admit since the ownership changed a couple of years ago the service has been rough in spots, though it's okay now. But...the food is terrific. Today we had some dim sum (siu mai and black bean pork ribs) which was quite good. We added a pork with green bean dish... More

Ordered curry chicken, shrimp rolls and happy family. Greasy rolls, low quality meat and watered down flavor. Maybe good if your 21 and hungover. Took over an hour for delivery 2 miles away. Driver was very nice.wont be back

It didn't start well. The hostess didn't say hello, just "dine one?" There was a mildly unpleasant smell at first until they turned on the AC. 7-7:30 and I'm the only customer. But the egg foo young was better than many places I've been, not too oily. With fresh cut veggies, not from a bag of frozen ones. And the... More

We LOVE your restaurant. The only reason we don't come more often for dim sum is the lack of cart service. If you added this feature on Saturday and Sunday, I'd bet you would see a HUGE increase in your business. Your food is excellent! If you'd like some ideas about how to go about this....drop me a line!

I went here because I was in the neighborhood and wanted something cheap. The prices wasn't that cheap and the food tasted nothing special. The lady who worked there was nice, but the place had almost no customers. The area is a bit dodgy as well.

Serving pasta instead of Chinese egg noodles in the wonton noodle soup is unacceptable. There must be a change of management and cook. When the restaurant first opened it had decent dim sum. I returned after over a year. The menus are even dirty!

Friends that lived in China said this is the best authentic Chinese food in Baltimore. I include this restaurant in my walking food tour and everyone loves it. One participant said it was the best roast duck he ever had and he is a big foodie.

Ordered for delivery. Was told 40 minutes. After an hour I called and they had no idea what I was talking about. After being put on hold they told me the driver had my food. Took an hour and a half for food to arrive. I love sweet and sour soup but this was disgusting. Threw the entire thing away.... More
