We ate twice at Phillips on our recent visit to Baltimore. The first time the service was really slow and the seating was a bit uncomfortable. But all that was forgotten once the food came. Deviled eggs are so good, we had them on our...More

We were with a large party and the restaurant was very accomodating. It was pouring rain the evening that we were there and we were fortunate to find shelter in the restaurant. Service was exceptional.

This place was highly recommended by the hotel. I tried the crab cake with asparagus and mac & cheese and didn't like how the crab cake tasted. It lacked that exquisite buttery taste. The crab cake was dull and lacking flavor. This was an expensive...More

I was in the Inner Harbor area and wasn't going to be venturing further away. Most of the restaurants here are corporate chains (albeit, high-end chains). I want something local. I can eat at a PF Chang's anywhere. I had already tried the Ale House...More

We went for dinner at 10PM. It is located in one of the entrances to the Inner Harbor close to the Hard Rock Cafe. The food and the service was excellent. We had the house sangria that was very refreshing.

We loved the fish tacos and crab cakes we had. The staff were friendly, and the atmosphere and location were great.

There was a sign on the door facing the street that said Valet parking, but no one was manning it. I'd call before you go

Description
Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
