One could get lost in the walls of this place . The husband and wife team have been killing it food, drink and atmosphere . Husband works the front and wife in the back says it all about this corky and cool joint in baltimores fells point. All home made stocks and tasty food. Loved it all

We had a great shrimp salad sandwich at the bar. Interesting beer selection though few on tap. Homey and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of amusing material on the walls.

My brother-in-law was in town for the evening and after engaging in the usual game of "How 'bout ...? Nah!" for 25 minutes, he said, "How about Henninger's?" We've lived in Baltimore 17 years. How had we not heard of this unpretentious, cozy, soothing pub serving just-right delicious food? We couldn't have been happier. The service was friendly and helpful.... More

I hadn't been to Henninger's for 8 years, and commented to my friends before we arrived, that the first time I had ever eaten, or even heard of, fingerling potatoes was Henninger's. I also recalled the delicious crab cakes, and order those for dinner. YAY! It was served with fingerling potatoes!

Wow, is all we can say. My wife and I recently stayed in Fells Point and were planning on going to Thames Street Oyster House which was the top rated restaurant for seafood in the area. What we discovered is that the Oyster House is on the main drag of restaurants and bars, and unless you get there early, you... More

Had planned on going somewhere else for dinner but a bartender insisted we check out Henninger's. It was perfect! Calm atmosphere, great drinks and amazing food. Feels a bit more local than a lot of other options. Still dreaming about the shellfish pasta. Ended up going to a very popular seafood place the next night that was great...but not as... More

My partner and I live nearby and are regulars for the brilliantly simple menu at the bar as well as occasionally for white tablecloth service in the dining room. We like to show it off to visitors as the ultimate Baltimore neighborhood experience: low-key, eclectic decor, great food, and there's the added bonus of usually getting to hang out with... More

Place reminds me of village pubs in England and "Brown Cafe's" in the Netherlands. Place looks like it has been there for a hundred years. But everything is real authentic for a very friendly neighborhood bar and restaurant. Menu is not extensive but enough variety for everyone. Shellfish, fish, steak, pork, chicken etc. Food was well prepared and portions were... More
