The restaurant had good service, good food, and pricey meals. The salmon was superb but my gnocchi just okay. The braised ribs ravioli was great. The seating is very tight. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

We have been to this spot several times over the years when we visit Baltimore and this is one of our favorites. It was conveniently located near our hotel on N. Charles St. The atmosphere is cozy, service is top notch and the food is...More
For a town covered in Old Bay seasoning and the objectively insectoid crab meat, to happen across subtle, poetic Italian food was as shocking as finding out there was gambling at Rick's American Cafe. Straight up tomato soup brought the very best out of the...More
An excellent Italian restaurant that has a wide variety of well-prepared offerings. The food is always good, and the selection is equally good.

It's been a couple of years since my last visit to Sotto Sopra, and it still stands head and shoulders above the other Italian restaurants in town. The crowds ebb in the summer, and it was a pleasure to escape the heat in this dimly...More
Last night we went to Sotto Sopra to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We had an incredibly pleasant evening. From the time we arrived until we left, we felt welcomed and valued as customers. Patrick, our server, was at the top of his game – so...More
