Located next to the Charles, there is plenty of seating in and outdoors (weather permitting). The soup special, potato, kale, mushroom and chorizo was a great cold night choice. The pork chop special was good as was the chicken on skewers. The waiter was a little too effusive.... but we enjoyed our dinner.

We had a good dinner after arriving on the train at this cafe where you can eat outside, inside and go to the cinema! The beet salad and eggplant asado were quite good and the pea fritters were very tasty. Service was good - our waiter kept multiple courses coming. Would go there again!

I love Spanish Tapas and Tapas Teatro is the best in Baltimore. The service was excellent, everything was perfectly cooked to order, yet quick and the food ! We had 2 orders of the Pollo al la Brasa (chicken with a cumin aioli), it was that good, the gambas al ajillo (shrimp in garlic) was delightful, other dishes such as... More

Tapas Teatro is one of our go-to restaurants in town. We like to grab a bite after a movie at the Charles next door or with no movie at all so we can take our time and savor the meal. If you do go before a movie, they are very good at getting things out fast without sacrificing quality. It... More

Shrimp, sausages, salad, sangria!! All of my favorites! Here you can have your choice of many, many small plates to eat alone or share with friends. There are hot and cold dishes, assorted meats including chorizo, ham and sausages, lots of shellfish as well as options for the vegetarians in your family. It is a relaxing atmosphere with servers who can answer... More

To stay that long in the business and maintain such superlative cuisine...Courtesy of The Man -- Tony , and great service and hospitality is simply not be denied. The place that introduced me to the pleasure of small plates and tapas continues to shine. Had seared asparagus, eggplants in a tomato sauce and the salmon in molasses with a lively... More

Stopped here for lunch when visiting a friend in Baltimore. Food was very good. We enjoyed the mussels, spinach with apple, white anchovies and blue cheese. Best of all was the grilled squid. They also had a late 60's and 70's playlist that was great. Service was very good but the restaurant was also empty when we were there.

It just feels right going to this restaurant after seeing a movie at the Charles. I found it a bit annoying that they would not take a reservation when I stopped in prior to to seeing a movie and we had to wait for a table. In spite of this, the service is prompt and professional and the food is... More

Great urban atmosphere: Mediterranean tapas menu, great service, cool location on Charles street, reasonably priced. Outdoor seating in nice weather: great to watch the city go by; tables are close don't be surprised if your neighbors ask about your dish: it's all good, you're in the 'hood here. Don't miss the clams, the chorizo dishes (several) and lamb meatballs. That,... More

Nice local spot for tapas. Love the lamb chops. Good food and drinks. Friendly staff. Outdoor seating weather permitting. Connected to the historic Charles theatre by a door and you're allowed to take your drinks to the movie! Only open for dinner. Maybe a bit earlier on weekend
