GREAT, but expensive. Get there early before the line starts over an hour. Tjree people for breakfast should NOT exceed 100.00.

After my first visit and resulting negative review, Miss Shirley's head of marketing immediately reached out, APOLOGIZED, and promised to make positive changes. Since then, I've made two visits and will add my enthusiastic praise for the food and the service! I was in town for an event, and after looking at the food in the hotel the next morning, we asked the desk if there was anywhere nearby to grab breakfast, and the desk agent told us to walk a few blocks to Miss Shirley's. Best call ever. The food was out of this world good, the portions were perfect,... More
This place has a terrific menu, including sandwiches, salads, egg dishes at lunch and many others. Many visiting dignitaries who come to Baltimore Polytechnic Institute on Coldspring Lane, come to this place for lunch. Our group of eight enjoyed a variety of meals, all expertly prepared.
I've always wanted to go to Miss Shirley's and was so glad we did. The chicken and waffles was amazing! The kids had regular pancakes and waffles and really enjoyed them. Right down in the Inner Harbor, really long wait but worth it. Really creative menu items and specials. Soft shell crab benedict, cranberry maple sausage. Special french toast with blackberry crumble and cream cheese was a little overloaded with cream cheese filling but nice. Really good oversight with managers checking on service and food came out fast.

Long waits, surly staff, and the prices are ridiculous. Lots of business meetings (who don't like energetic kids nearby). The food is decent, but there are lots... More
