Service was fantastic. Great attention from staff, and good food. Dining rooms on 2 floors were small enough to create a quiet, upscale atmosphere. There were four of us, and we all were very pleased with our meals. Good wine selection. This was the best...More

This is a well known institution in Savannah and deserves its high reputation. The food is what you would expect in Savannah -- old country -- fried chciken and fish -- but it is very good. The service is excellent and the ambience unique. There...More

Atmosphere was wonderful in this beautiful old house with a subdued noise level. The food was great. The house special for entrees is a whole flounder (minus the head) with the skin scored in such a way that it is so easy to get to...More

We ate here for our recent anniversary dinner and everything was excellent. Service was spot on and food quality delicious. We had the fried lobster tail and the salmon. Both were fabulous. We plan on returning for sure next time we are in savannah.

This is a tourist restaurant but don't let that keep you away. Their southern cooking is excellent and the restaurant itself is extremely well decorated in an old southern mansion. Having eaten there many times we find the bar they have opened on the side...More
