I ordered a cappuccino, leaving a 20% tip. I waited and waited. Finally I saw the espresso portion was poured. Then I saw the "barista" stop and pour others' drinks. I finally said something so she finished it. It was lukewarm of course. I mentioned it to my husband who told me he had bought a piece of angel food... More

Popped in for lunch whilst visiting Brooklyn, lovely little independent looking place, right next to a subway stop we used to get back into Manhattan. Had waffles and sandwiches, which were all great and not too pricey. The staff were all really friendly, and it was obvious this was a popular place by the amount of regulars we saw popping... More

Reasonable prices for expresso drinks; open long hours and the staff very friendly. This place is very close to where we stay in Brooklyn so very convenient and much better than Starbucks. Definitely a neighborhood vibe. Have not eaten the food but it looked good.

This is a great place for a casual lunch of a sandwich or a salad. The food is good, ingredients fresh. The only thing that doesn't really impress is the soup (although the recent addition of French Onion was really good). The menu has a range of salads, sandwiches and paninis. In the summer the outdoor seating makes it a... More

Great cozy lunch place. The sandwiches are delicious as is my favorite goat cheese salad. Espresso drinks are nicely crafted. They have a nice selection of wine and once in a while, I pretend that I am in Paris and have a glass of wine for lunch (my boss doesn't notice). All in all, a nice place, be it for... More
