DeStefano's isn't fancy but they sure know how to cook a steak. We shared Strip Steak, Filet, Prime Rib and Mahi Mahi. Everything melted in your mouth. Dessert was Tartufo Ice Cream Balls and Creme Brûlée. Peter Luger Steak House is no better than DeStefano's

DeStefano's labels itself a steakhouse, and I suppose steaks is what they specialize in, but it double's as an Italian restaurant. Personally, I think this is where they shine. It doesn't put the Italian foot forward as much as it should. Perhaps the money is...More

My wife and I were headed to a steakhouse in NYC and ended up getting stuck in a fire in the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel. After surviving the smoke and getting out alive we were directed to the BQE headed toward Queens by the police. We...More

I did a lot of research for a steakhouse for our recent trip to Brooklyn. I was very tempted to choose Peter Luger which tends to get all the attention. My entire group was extremely happy with our decision to dine at DeStefano's instead. The...More

I recommend reservations. There is no onsite parking. Therefore you'll have to search for a parking spot on the street which is sometimes difficult because the restaurant is located in a residential area. I recommend you... More

Actually, after just doing some research on the distance for you, i see that from the Barclays to DeStefano's is around 3 & 1/2 to 4 miles and 15 to 20 minutes in total distance by car or taxi.
