The food is really good. Because the place is small, the waiting time for a table can be long. There is a live band which makes the atmosphere enjoyable.

A friend and I decided to have brunch here on a beautiful Saturday afternoon a few weeks ago, since we’ve never been and heard so much about it. When we arrived, we sat at a table and it took us nearly 15 minutes to get the attention of the barmaid and waiter. Finally as he approached our table we were... More

A family evening meal and one of the best of our trip to NY. Atmosphere on Monday night was lively; busy and good music. Kids' burgers were declared the best of the trip and our Turkey Meatloaf with Mash & Mushroom Gravy and Ribs were fine indeed. Good portion size and thus decent value for money. We have found eating... More

First time visit, will be back again soon. Delicious fried chicken plate, best I had in a long time. Great beers on tap. Restaurant is small and you need to write your name on a chalkboard to get a table. While waiting, we got a seat at the bar which was more than adequate. Highly recommend to group/friends/family and/or individual... More

I had the opportunity to have dinner here with 2 friends. The food choice seemed limited but was varied enough to cater for most tastes (unless steak was your preference). I sampled the chicken and chorizo gumbo which was delicious. The main course was flounder (My first experience of this fish). The fish had a flour coating which had been... More

I went here with two of my friends. We arrived and it was really busy. The hostess showed us to a vacant table quickly and the waiter appeared quickly. I ordered a bottled beer and then the pea soup and turkey meatloaf. Portions are big so I probably didn't need both courses. Food was delicious and the service was excellent... More
