We found this lovely little cafe en route to Greenpoint Park on opur last morning in Greenpoint. What a find!!! Two very helpful girls only too willing to explain ingrediants etc. We had a couple of coffees and some of their delicious cookies and then bought several items for us to eat on our travels. Everything is homemade. delicious and... More

I work across the street. We always come here for the delicious Stumptown coffee and cold brew. Must get the salted chocolate chip cookies. For tourists, come here to grab a bite. Go hang out at the park next door. Take the East River ferry to Dumbo or something to catch a view of Manhattan.

Passed by whilst walking and couldn't help but going in. The chocolate truffle cookie was so incredibly good!! The ice-tea was pretty good too. A cute space too :)

Fair, I didn't visit all bakeries in the U.S., but this is definitely the best one I've ever visited. Excellent Muffins, Scones, and Cookies!!! My favorite is a blueberry muffin with cornflakes. There are only a few tables in the bakery, but it's cozy on a sunny day outside. Also perfect for take-away. If you like salty food for breakfast,... More

Ever since I saw them appear on TV talking about their book, I wanted to try. I was staying for a week just a block away. There is a construction around the store front and it is hard to find. Once I found it, I kept going back everyday. They have excellent coffee, and limited but enough selection of baked... More

If you're in the Greenpoint area and looking for a fun few hours with your kids (or just on your own :) I would highly recommend walking down Greenpoint Ave towards the water and stopping in Ovenly. Everything they make there is super yummy. Their salted chocolate chip cookies are one of my kids' favorites. I'm a big fan of... More

Charming spot for coffee In the sun- we love the coffee, the treats, the staff , the tiny pots of flowers...they really get it right. Excellent baked goods - sophisticated combinations -sweets that aren't overly sweet. Often heard in our office: "anyone want to walk to Ovenly with me ? " Frequent reply " oh I shouldn't, let me get... More

I love sweets, and that certainly includes pastries. I'm no stranger to the name Ovenly, but I hadn't yet tried their goods, until now. I visited their flagship store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. Their shop is bright, airy and welcoming, where you can take your things to go, or have a seat at their cafe tables to enjoy your treats. They've... More

It's new, it's good and they are close to my office. So far my best choices are the savory scones. Who would have thought that a strawberry and thyme scone could be so good!

Thank Beau R
