I felt I was home in Trinidad. The music, language and decor. Flowers synonymous with home. An excellent menu consisting of a taste of Trinidad. The food is delicious and the pone and bread pudding yummy. Great portions and prices. Great staff. Keep on jamming. I will always dine whenever in the city.

Atmosphere is great, young hip crowd. But not too young where you feel like the kindergarteners just arrived. The food is fantastic.

Went there for drinks, I will never do that again. This place is like a match box, over crowded, no place to move or sit, rude patrons and there is a requirement to place an order for a full dinner in order to sit at the tables at the front of the establishment........so ridiculous.

Ironically, we went to Dinner during an Islanders Hockey Game as it's across the street from the Barclay's Center. We had the Oxtail which was perfect for a chilly, rainy day. The Ginger Beer was spicy and not overly sweet. It happened to be Ladies Night and the Bar was packed, but the smallish Dining Room had availability. Dining Room... More

Our experience was a good one. Our food was good the service was great and the drinks were great and always ontime. My only comment would be online it stated that the restaurant opens at 5 p.m. however when we got there a sign on the door stated that it was opening till 5:30.outside of that everything was great.

I always enjoy dining here but the wait can be a pain when your hungry! Dined here on a Saturday (early evening), we were told we had an hour wait and decided to hit the bar. The drinks were "horrible"! I had a watermelon martini and my sister had a plain mojito; the bartender forgot to add the sugar to... More

I was desperate for a roti and so my friend took me here. Roti did not disappoint. Authentic Trini roti. A bit too big but oh so yummy. Cocktails are on point and the atmosphere is friendly and lively. Make it a point to get some good food here when you are next in town!

Same ol Sugarcane. Great Food, great drinks, all if you can get them. Yes, Service is wanting. But, it's West Indian, so that explains that. But, if you have patience, sit at the bar ( go early) and make sure you order everything you need from the bar man at once as he will disappear for 20 mins. Yes, he... More
