While the wait staff is very helpful, the menu is limited and VERY expensive - $30+ entrees. We stuck with the burgers, which were very tasty, that were in the $18 range. Not sure that they understand their market - the night I was there Blue Ribbon was pretty empty but the surrounding restaurants were packed….they need to rethink their... More

Delightful neighborhood restaurant. A varied menu including raw clams and oysters. They can even serve the picky eater. I chose the fried chicken and not until several bites did I get the spicy heat. I was delicious. Check out the bread pudding for desert!

What an awesome place. Started at the bar where the bartender expertly made our cocktails. The dinner was superb. Oysters and escargot appetizers perfect. Paella and hake mains were great. Service was impeccable.

I had one evening in Brooklyn and did a quick search for an interesting restaurant. I was so glad I chose this one. I had wanted to try the bone marrow but the marmalade that comes with it was even better. Also recommend the steak tartare. Wish I could return for some seafood but was only there for a day.... First time eating here. Four of us had a terrific meals. I can only speak for the succulent seafood risotto, perfectly cooked and loaded with shrimp, peas, and asparagus.

My colleagues and I decided to try a new restaurant to dine after work every week and this week was Blue Ribbon. We had an amazing time and the food was delicious. Our waiter was "on point"! He was very attentive to our table and checked on us to make sure we were pleased and so did the manager. It's... More

The best time is definitely during the week and early (as early as 5:30-6:00PM) to avoid the crowds. We celebrated my husband's B'Day a few days ago. What a treat - as usual! Yes do start with Oysters..!! followed by the Paella. Another royal treat! (Always need a "doggie bag) because the serving is huge. Their wine list is outstanding... More

The oysters were spectacular...the best raw oysters I've ever had. The service was not exceptional. Our server took a while to greet us and even longer to present us with the bill, even though we'd declined dessert or more drinks.

Great atmosphere, friendly service and the most delicious fried chicken and scrumptious cocktails! A must for date night, ladies night or just a nice night out.

This was one of the first restaurants to anchor the (then) new 5th Avenue Restaurant Row in Park Slope. And 15 years later - it is still going strong. with a warm and inviting atmosphere perfect for couples, families with children and groups going out together, and a wonderful menu of delicious treats, this is one of the best places... Description
A Park Slope institution since 2001, Blue Ribbon Brooklyn is a lively night spot and family-friendly version of the SoHo original Blue Ribbon. Our menu is much the same as at our SoHo flagship, including fresh seafood shucked and shelled to order from a long oyster bar, as well as our special Brooklyn take on many Blue Ribbon classics such as matzo ball soup, hummus, fried chicken and paella. Our atmosphere is casual, comfortable and relaxed. We feature a full bar with select draft and bottle beers, creative cocktails and an extensive wine list.
