This place is a small restaurant in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. It is always full of people, and it didn't disappoint us. The food is very good, with a lot of choiches. We didn't wait long and at the end the owner offered us two shots of tequila. Nice place, definitely going back

We arrived with a reservation at 7:30 and was promptly seated. The restaurant was filling up and the noise level was high but the quality and freshness of the food more than made up for it. I ordered the ceviche pescado which is a blue fish snapper with medium spice and it was absolutely fresh with awesome flavor and an... More

The ceviche was very fresh, had a just the right amount of lime juice and cilantro. There was a bit of heat in the ceviche but overall well balanced. Had... More

I never go to New York City without going to Chimu. Some of the best Spanish food around and the restaurant has a small casual dining in a nice cozy setting.

Small space, tables really close together but the food is great! Not too expensive either. I had the ceviche mixto, my boyfriend had a steak, and we split the sautéed beef hearts for an appetizer. Everything was delicious! Who knew beef hearts could taste that good?! The ceviche was very fresh and you could tell none of the seafood was... More
