Good food, Nice people. Ordered the ribs there. They were nicely grilled, and had good flavour and meat on it.

Had high hopes, and while they weren't met, it wasn't bad..... just wasn't great. Collards are good, but a little too "smokey." Brisket was good, fries were good, but a little too "smokey." Mac and cheese was also good, but just ok. My expectations were too high from watching Food Network.

Awesome place with great food and great service. Portions are hearty - we shared a half rack ribs for two.

Had lunch here today, bartender recommended an awesome beer "Schofferher Grapefruit Bier"!! I had the beef brisket sandwich with collard greens and my hubby had the pulled pork. The sandwiches were so tender you didn't even need BBQ sauce but the sauces were so good and flavorful you could help but use them. Can't wait to go back!

We went to the Smoke Joint for family dinner, it was an awesome experience. The indoor space is cozy, but family friendly. There's also the option for outdoor dining. We had the beef short rib (full), spare ribs, catfish and sides of Mac n cheese, greens, corn on the cob and cornbread. The food was finger-licking good!!! We were beyond... More

This place is not much to look at, but boy is the BBQ delicious. The beef brisket is really good and the beef short rib is great. The sides are nothing to sneeze at either.

The night I went, the customer service was a little off. After being told a party of 4 was ahead of us to be seated, they tried to sneak in a party of 2 ahead of us. Now to the food. I ordered a simple dish this time (wings with mac and cheese) as I was hungry and couldn't make... More

I live in the neighborhood and pass by this spot every time I go to the gym. It seems busy any time of day every day. Went there with my wife and father-in-law a few months ago and loved it. He's a big meat guy (smokes it himself, etc.), and he was raving about the quality of beef and pork.... More

I've eaten at a number of famous BBQ joints, but I've never had better beef short ribs. Think twice before ordering something else here. The cornbread and collards sides were also delicious.
