Stopped here for lunch with a group of 8. We were immediately seated and our waitress was great - friendly, talkative and prompt service. She managed to keep all of our tabs straight too. The bacon brie burger was fantastic - cooked perfectly to order...More

Nice place to stop by for lunch. Service is a bit slow although the servers are attentive and friendly. I had the caprese salad and a bowl of soup - both tasty and large portions. My husband had a burger which I thought looked good...More

Ate dinner here after hiking a section of the SHT. I had their Canadian Dave--open faced burger with beef gravy and smoked gouda cheese--it was incredible! Good selection of draft beers, TVs with the game on, just a relaxing place all around.

My Sister’s Place pleasantly surprised me. The menu wasn’t terribly ambitious but dinner was good and could meet your need for comfort food. Many of the places in Grand Marais offer typical bar fare but this was a step up. I had a calzone and...More

We ate a dinner meal here. I had a cup of broccoli cheese soup which was very delicious and then we shared a cheese burger pizza (?) !. The toppings tasted good together but it was messy and cut like a checker board instead of...More

If you don't know, this is a classic Grand Marais restaurant. If you've come in from the trail or waterway hungry the hamburgers her (especially the Juicy Lucy) are worth the wait. The friendly staff only augments and already good ambience. You won't go wrong...More

They were really busy at 6pm on a Thursday off season. That's a good sign for a restaurant. It's a rustic, casual decor. One member of the group got the chili and said it was the best "bar" chili he has had. I had the...More

Grand Marais is extremely busy this time of year so I would imagine there would be some waiting time to get in, but they do have a lot of seating so maybe it won't be to long. You could call them at (218) 387-1915 to check... More

I am not sure either, you could probably go on their website see if they have an email or facebook page and ask them the question.
