Been wanting to try this place and finally did, arriving shortly before 11 a.m. on a weekday morning. Sure was glad there was no one in front of us, as the friendly owner/operator does it all on his own, which can take some time. I had the roast beef & provolone on pumpernickel and had it steamed. It could have... More

This was our first time visiting Parton's Deli, and our decision to stop in this time was due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews we read here. We got sandwiches to take into the Smoky Mountains National Park and eat before hiking two days in a row. We enjoyed the Italian sub and peppered beef sandwiches. The man, who I'm assuming... More

This is a really nice deli that will not break the bank. Went there last week for lunch. The owner was there by himself making sandwiches to order. We had the chili hot dog and rueben sandwich. Both were delicious. The prices are outstanding for quality food served up while you wait to pay. They have sit down seating as... More

Hands down, this is the best place I ate at in Gatlinburg. Bring cash. Don't go if you are in a hurry. Roast beef with provolone on pumpernickel for the win. Get everything on it and have that sucker steamed.

I got the veggie sandwich on pumpernickel bread and it was very tasty. Steamed with melted cheese. Friendly owner too. I think they only accept cash, and there is very limited parking. Unfortunately, We turn down eating here regularly because the location is so inconvenient.

I grew up in Gatlinburg and have eaten here many times over the years. When I stepped back in to place I felt like I was in the eighth grade again. The pickles were still great and the sandwiches were still the best in Gatlinburg.
