We have been here many times in the last 5 years and the place has changed, the owners have put hard work in and the gardens are lovely the rooms are modern and clean, lovely restaurant bar area and pool table. We started staying here before they built the pool so we found it good even before. Everything you want... More

Great option if you're tired of the crab and seafood available at the local markets. Excellent coffee and drinks!

From the gardens to the pool, the bungalows to the staff, Botanica ticks nearly all the boxes. The meals are great and cater for most tastes. The gardens are beautiful with paths winding thru to your bungalow. The pool is gorgeous and would be a real retreat in hot weather. The only downs are the hard beds ( perfectly normal... More

I guess if you miss your grandkids or you left the toddlers at home this might be the place for you. Now this is a family run guesthouse so I applaud that. But the two year old crying a lot is a bit annoying especially at meal time. We actually started to eat elsewhere so we did not have to... More

If you are tired of chop chop chicken, greasy Khmer foods and bland food, try this place out. The food is fresh and delicious, service is very very good and English, Khmer, and French are spoken here. Banana flambé for dessert was great.

Crab with Kampot pepper sauce was out of this world. Asian and western dishes served with a French flair. Excellent breakfasts too.

Living in Sihanukville for 5 years and now owning my own business I came to Kep looking for a relaxed getaway. We stumbled upon Botanica without any research to find a leafy pool side oasis with clean comfortable bungalows in a leafy setting. The owner Philippe and his family really do run a good show, a top host with five... More

I had a big, I mean BIG numbered birthday meal at Botanica in May this year. It was a quiet occasion. A nice meal, with a decent wine. No excesses for a change! Phillipe and his wife are a nice couple. Their guest house and restaurant/bar are definitely worth a visit. Especially the pool on a hot dry day.
