Great Restaurant with Accommodating Staff

Arrived at the Crème Della for an early dinner with my family. Ordered a variety of dishes ranging from Gujarati Thalis to Biryani. Even though the timing for Thali orders had passed (on the day we had arrived) the staff accommodated our order and brought out all of the dishes we wanted. The food was superb and the staff—especially waiters Nirmal and Rina—made sure to serve our food with poise and to keep the dishes coming. Everyone left the restaurant with an extremely full stomach and very pleased with the ambience of the restaurant, the high quality of food, and the great service at the hands of waiters Nirmal and Rina. Would recommend to anyone who is vegetarian looking for good food in Lonavala or anyone looking for Gujarati Thalis!

Food & Service were excellent…. Our hosts were Rashmi Sanket and Vikas who looked after us very well Only 2 suggestions for improvement 1. Air conditioning is really dated and ineffective.. 2. Pop Music at Loud Volume seems mismatched for a Thali Meal Would be great if these could be addressed GZ

Buffet lunch at Creme della.

This restaurant is based at the heart of della. The food was really delicious and lip smacing. From the starters to the deserts, all the dishes had it own good taste which was very pleasent to the tounge. The food really took my heart away. The ambiance of the place is also very soothing and when it comes to family, you cannot find a better place than this restaurant. The staff is also well managed and the quality of service is also well maintained. Preferable to all. Mr. Sanket Vikas and Mr. Nirmal Steward were the main hosts for me. They really served me well and checked time to time for my needs. A special thanks to them.

Reviewing for food

The food has always been very delicious over here. Have visited Dellas multiple times . Ever time I felt satisfied with both the taste of food and service over here. This time I visited Creme della for lunch. Everything that we ordered was beyond our expectations. And the staff esp. Mr Nirmal, served us with lot of warmth and care. It was a very good experience as far as hospitality a nd food quality is concerned. Would recommend this place to food lovers..

Amazing thali

The food was good but was ka king in something not sure . Dessert Abhari Janun was nice nice pream was also good , Break pudding needed more milk in it and Vanilla esence flavour. Saket Kumar service also good for our table .

Food and service both not good

We are taking dinner at Crema della . We are 11 people (including kids). The service is very slow. Dal makhni served is watered mix. Though there are no other customers still service is so slow that when chapati is there . Dal is not there and vice-versa. Mosquito repellent ( kachua chap) was put just besides our table where food was going to serve. Food taste is also not good. All over zero service.

Good food and hospitality

We visited the restaurant for lunch. That day, only buffet was available. Despite the same, the restaurant considered our request for jain food and arranged few delicacies. I had tasted both regular and Jain food. While regular food was nice, Jain food taste was unbeatable. We stayed for 3 days in the area and visited different restaurants each time. Delicious Jain Food. We all loved the dishes we ordered. Perfect for Vegetarians n especially the one’s who have pure Jain food. The service was excellent too. Rashmi and Sanket tried their best to give us excellent food with their recommendations for Jain food. Will Surely visit again. Good service, polite staff

Delicious yummy novel must try.

Ambiance is too good. Food is testy and delicious. Staff is well behaved and attentive. We had tried tomato shorma for the first time and it was really yummy. If you are a vegetarian then this one is the best place in Della resort. I would like to specially mention Mr pushkar Yogi and Niramal for their kind service and attendance.
