The food is reasonably priced and of good quality. Their Indonesian food and western is delicious. Just note that they don't do happy hour discount on wine by the bottle.

Been here for dinner and we had the 3 dip platter as the starter and the beef and piri-piri hamburgers. I have to say I was surprised how well it was prepared. Not dry, just cooked spot on. The only dodgy thing I found was the fries, please note these are made of SWEET potatoes! However I have to admit,... More

Loved this one! really chilled relaxed place in Amed with lovely staff and the owner too. Very welcoming and we had a great late lunch. Home made flat bread and dips were super delicious! as were the carrot & chickpea fritters....and I'm a foodie. Recommended for sure, put it on your list for a visit to Amed.

We was little bit unlucky because we couldn't try the fish because of the bad weather the fisherman could not catch some :-( We tried other things like soup, salad and meat. Everything was ok. We hope next time will be full of fish because that's why it is famous for.

Cosy atmosphere with superb, fresh food. A gem of a restaurant - worth a trip to Amed just to dine there!

Recommended to me by my dive master what a delightful find The decor is authentic Balinese warm welcoming. The food is excellent with wonderful local fish. There are great inexpensive local cocktails. We had to go back and we're not disappointed. I suggest you book every where in town was empty and they still turned people away When I return... More

Amazing fresh fish - if they have the tuna sashimi on the board don't hesitate - try it! Freshest sashimi I have ever had. Nice cocktails and friendly staff. Free pick up and drop-off from our villa up the road. Visited a few times - loved it.

In our many trips to Amed - it is essential to visit The Grill. The food and friendly service from the owner is not to be missed. The selection of meats is divine and with the fusion of an australian bbq and indonesian mix - the menu will have you coming back for more.

We ate at this restaurant once for dinner. They had run out of tuna (which is what these guys are known for) so we ordered the fish of the day - mahi-mahi. It was pretty average. The fish was really watery which made me think that perhaps it had been frozen? Not sure but in any case the food was... More

We do apologize that we didn't have tuna the evening of your visit - clearly you were disappointed however at that time there was no tuna around for the local fishermen to catch. We only source fish, whether tuna, mahi-mahi or barracuda from the surrounding local area and buy fresh and direct from the fishermen when their boat comes into... More

I've read good things about this place and gave them a call for hotel pickup, which they did promptly (this is so cool about Amed). The vibe at the restaurant was quite relaxed; we were well taken care of by the super attentive staff. We had the sirloin steak and pork ribs, and they both were so well made. One... More
