Every time i travel to Bali i book at Sarong. The food is fantastic with beautiful flavours. Whilst they state they don't accommodate children, there is a childs menu and the staff are always pleasant to them. I recommend you book in advance and when you do, book twice! If you try and book another visit whilst you're there you'll... More

Went here with my wife for my birthday dinner as a treat and was not disappointed. Started with very friendly staff who were extremely polite and helpful. Beautiful setting and a welcoming atmosphere. Pre-dinner cocktails that were reasonably priced and set the night off well. We shared our entrees (pork belly was fantastic). Mains of barramundi and snapper cooked in... More

The food was great. We had white rice and mixed vegetables with chicken and of course the best butter chicken We ever had. And it required a reservation of course.

Sarong is by far my favorite place to eat in Seminyak, and the whole of Bali. The basic concept is asian street or traditional foods, cooked perfectly and served in a 5star environment. Bookings are advised if you wish to sit inside, however I personally prefer the walk in tables situated outside in a slightly more relaxed setting. We have... More

Visited here as a group of 4 friends last night. Had heard good things and we weren't disappointed! Food and cocktails were absolutely delicious. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and food came out really fast. The pineapple and coconut cocktail was to die for! 8 cocktails and a cider, 5 entrees and 4 mains, rice and roti cost $270 aud.... More

Probably my favourite restaurant of all time. The setting is beautiful and the food is absolutely faultless. A bit more expensive than some but well worth it.

This is one of the first place i like to eat at in seminyak. Its seriously some of the best indian food i have ever eaten. If you cant book online, call them. They can usually get you in. Not going to bang on much about this place, just go. You wont be dissapointed.

My wife and I visited Sarong on a very wet Tuesday evening and were immediately shown to our table in a very nicely appointed restaurant. The waiter greeted us as we took our seats and explained the menu, wine, and cocktail lists. We found a good selection of food on offer and selected a number of starters and mains to... More

We booked at Sarong as we arrived in Bali for the night before my birthday because we had heard that it was amazing and that booking was of utmost importance. It was a lovely experience, the service was top class and the restaurant was lovely. It did not live up to expectations for me as we had eaten at better... More

perhaps my expectations were too high based on the reviews on here, but I found the food and service to be mediocre compared to the prices. hosts were a little unfriendly (their attitude reminds of those 'it' places in new york or london where they know they dont have to work hard for customers). the setting is certainly beautiful and...
