Hubby had eggs, sausage and pancakes. I had waffles and fruit. They were literally the best I've every had. Hubby was not a big fan of the pancakes, but he is super picky. I thought my food was a 10! I wish I could gets waffles this good where I live in St. Louis.

I have had breakfast a number of times at the Pancake Shop and there is usually a wait but the staff does everything to move fast and get you seated. They are great to send you next store to the gourmet Pantry store and have a free cup of coffee. The staff is great and food is very average and... More

Very yummy and inexpensive. The portions are generous. This was 1 of only 2 places I enjoyed eating at while visiting Hot Springs. If I ever come back, I will definitely eat there again.

Stopped in for breakfast before heading out of town. I had blueberry pancakes and my husband had banana pancakes. Both were wonderful. The pancakes are large - we ordered 2 each and could only eat 1. The local sausage was very good too. Highly recommend!!! There'll be a wait, but worth it.

The Hostest made sure to place us where we could watch our bike and offered me "cheaters" so I could read the menu. Waitress brought extra plate so I could share my pancakes with hubby and also informed us about how to pour hot syrup on pancakes so it would not run off into my lap. Ti p -go early!

The food was very southern, fresh and tasty. We loved the apple butter, which we found out we could buy next door. I wouldn't pass up this spot for breakfast!

Every one has a bad day, not here for me and many others. Stuck completely in a time zone, the perfect time zone for Quality, Service and Atmosphere. I'd eat here or have a cup of Coffee with REAL CREAM, Pancakes with REAL BUTTER AND MAPLE SYRUP, just order the REAL Flavors that IMITATION REPLACED. I'd like to leave my... More

We enjoyed a great breakfast at The Pancake Shop. The service was quick and friendly. We each enjoyed an excellent omelet. This is a great breakfast place on Central in the historic district.
