We went about an hour before they closed. The staff was very friendly and didn't make us feel rushed. The food was delicious with generous portions. There were so many choices for dessert from cupcakes to cheesecake, it was hard to decide.

From vegans to carnivores, the menus at this neighborhood mainstay have something to please any taste. Huge selection for breakfast and lunch, six types of meatloaf, oh yeah and the cupcakes! (Including a variety of GF choices. ) We always enjoy coming here.

Went to the Daisy Cafe to look for options for wedding cup cakes. Had a sampling of 6 different ones and they were very tasty. Offered many colors, frosting types, and sizes which gave us lots to think about. The server was extremely helpful. May very well have found our vendor for the wedding cup cakes!

Sunday brunch at the Daisy Cafe is busy and so loud that it is painful. We waited over 30 minutes for our table in an overcrowded and message lobby area. Others left rather than wait for a table. We were seated in the back area, which we thought would be quieter than the very noise front area, but it was... More

The name is cute and they had a fantastic review on their Sloppy Joe. First, the menu called it a Sloppy Jose. WHAT? not what I was expecting or hoping for. It (the Sloppy Jose) was BIG and had taco meat and came with one of four sides to choose from. I don't think I would have it again, well... More

This is our favorite breakfast restaurant in madison. We keep coming back. They don't take reservations and that not ok ( our friends are over 75 years old ...) but they gave us sits relatively fast. Great coffee. I love the omelet with smoke salmon. Always have "happy faces" with the service

Have been twice visiting from out of town. Good and unique selection. Love locally owned restaurants and this one fits the bill. Took home cupcakes and cinnamon rolls. Cupcakes okay. Cinnamon rolls were wonderful. Not iced but rolled in cinnamon sugar.

I had strada with a side of potatoes and struggled to finish it all. I was so full, I couldn't try the famous cupcakes that looked delicious. Their coffee was excellent. The prices were reasonable, and, or server was great. Down to earth, funky and colorful decor, this was a great place to start a day in Madison.

We had our office holiday party here and it was perfect! Very attentive staff but a relaxed vibe. We had over 20'people and the food all came out in a very reasonable time and was of course delicious. Ending with cupcakes was perfect. If you are looking for a fun and casual spot for a gathering this is a great... More

We got some cupcakes for our son's birthday, and they even gave us a candle! i did not want to buy a whole pack since he was just turning 2! But yes, the cupcakes were delicious! Both my children ate it well and we definitely enjoyed ours as well. My favorite was the one with honey!
