Had zero complaints about service, even though our waitress was the one w/ purple hair (other reviews reflected negatively on her). I had plenty of beers to choose from & the briskey rocked; kids enjoyed their burgers & pulled pork too. Sodas were refilled before empty.

It was very tasty and quick... granted we went on a Monday night! My husbands coworkers also frequently go there and love it!

Although the food was great and Brickhouse was able to accommodate a party of 50, there weren't enough servers to take care of the group. We had a buffet style meal and there was about a 20 minute period of time where there was no food for the second half of the group.

We visited with a group of other couples for dinner. As stated previously, there really is no parking, which didn't matter because we took a shuttle here, but nonetheless no parking. Had the brisket and pulled pork combo, the quality and portions were average at best. Most home BBQ aficionados can do about the same. The baked beans were not... More

Madison has many dining options and our large group was completely satisfied by the quality of the food, service and accommodations.

While the service was a bit slow, the food made it worthwhile. Husband enjoyed the traditional pulled pork plate...said the pork itself was excellent, flavorful, moist, delectable flavor. Accompanying cornbread was mildly sweet, and very, very good. The side order of baked beans was somewhat lacking, very watery in a strange way. I ordered the Cobb salad which was Awesome!... More

After reading some of the others reviews, not sure what would happen. Bad - side orders were wrong or missing for 4 out of 6 people, menus were sticky, parking is non-existent at the site. Good - food was delicious, service was very good, mistakes were corrected in a quick manner. Putting that all together, we had a great time... More

Fortunately excellent food trumps terrible service! The pulled pork dinner was the best meal I've had in a long time, and I almost didn't get to enjoy it because I was tempted to walk out because of service that was downright comical! Our group of six was treated to three glasses of water and no silverware. They must have ran... More

We went on a Thursday night around 6 p.m. and it wasn't very busy. We ate on the third floor terrace overlooking Madison. Service was excellent; beer prices were very reasonable. This is a three story restaurant with the main floor having the bar and main seating. The second floor looked like it was more for events and the third... More

We tried Brickhouse BBQ for dinner this past weekend. What stood out was that this is a three story restaurant and the top floor includes an outdoor eating patio. With three stories, Brickhouse can accommodate a lot of patrons. We were there on a Friday night around dinner time. It was not particularly busy. All of that space made it... More
