We come here often with my nephews and they always have a blast. The staff is always very friendly and quick to help with the game machines if there's a problem. The staff at the prize counter never seems to mind when the kids take forever deciding what prizes they want.

I haven't been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was in middle school. Went with my girlfriend and her kids and had a blast. It was crowded but never had a problem ordering food or getting the card for the games. A couple of the games broke down but the staff came out and fixed them quickly. The pizza was... More

Too old, too crowded. Only time I go is if I have to because the kids are invited to someone's birthday party. Kids seem to not mind it, but barring a few games, rest of them are not that exciting for the kids either.

The pizza was cold, the cake was a hot mess, and the party host was inexperienced. The games were sucky, and the party host actually told a kid that was crying to "shut up" and we never went back.

I needed a good place to entertain a toddler for about two hours while the car was getting an oil change. I hadn't been to Chuck E. Cheese's in about 20 years, and I don't remember it being very toddler friendly, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Turns out, it was a great way to pass the time (the... More

I was a little nervous about taking some kids here as I wasn't sure how I'd be able to supervise them while running around, and had seen some other reviews that were not positive. The staff was really fantastic--they took the time to talk to the kids about prize selection, and showed my nephew a few times how his invisible... More

I have been to a lot of Chuck E Cheese Restaurants in my life and this is by far the most un-kid friendly of them all!!! The staff is more interested in looking at their phones and talking with one another than cleaning up tables or even taking care of "broken" machines! And the prizes that kids can get with... More

Food is pretty bad. But the kids can have fun with the entertainment and the games. Prizes are kind of cheesey.

It's been years since I'd been in a Chuck E. Cheese. But now as a grandma, I was with my daughter and her family for my grandson's 2nd birthday at the Madison, Wis., location. I was pleasantly surprised by several things - the staff was cheerful, helpful and plentiful; the toys, games and rides were clean, operational and age-appropriate; the... More
