Every trip to New Orleans should include a stroll down Magazine Street and a stop at Sucre for wonderful macaroons, pastries and gelato.

We'd skipped dessert the night before and were determined not to make that mistake again. We got macarons and truffles, and it took us no less than twenty minutes to pick them out. They're beautiful little things, and the taste did not dissappoint.
