First we shared the Insalata de Mare. Could not have been better. Subtle favors, generous portion, never had anything like it. Highly recommended. Then one had the carbonara and one the buccatini. The carbonara was simply the best ever. Perfectly prepared. The buccatini was overlooked...More

A small italian restaurant a bit separated from the busy tourist spots. You could not ask for a more enjoyable meal with great service and staff. The food truly was nearly the best we have had since actually dining in Venice and Vicenza Italia. We...More

We heard rave reviews about this establishment, and we had high expectations when we visited. Perhaps, too high. The place was not busy on a Friday evening. The server was friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was good, but not very good. It is not...More

The food was unique (not your typical American version of Italian food), fresh, a wonderful combination of flavors. The waitress was friendly, knowledgable and attentive. Attractive, relaxed atmosphere, where you could hold a conversation without screaming across the table. Nice wine list. Will definitely return.

A Mano has a relaxing atmosphere and open dining room with a good, casual buzz. Extremely tasty Northern Italian food, from appetizers to entrees and sides. Appreciate the attention to well prepared, locally produced foods. Absolutely delicious vegetables, beautifully prepared and very flavorful fish. Intensely...More

After dining here, I can't believe it was not crowded to the gunnels. We previously ate at Jacque I'mos (very noisy, crowded, quality spotty, waited 15 uncomfortable minutes for our reserved table), and pricy. tThen we ate at K.Paul's, which had a great quieter more...More

If you are thinking really Italian restaurant, this is not it. The waiter said that the chef would not accept any variations or requests. Take it or leave it. Not even a request for a simple side pasta dish. Menu interesting, very sophisticated and very...More

Arts District / Warehouse District
Once a thriving industrial zone, today this district
is home to a buzzing arts scene with an amazing
assortment of galleries, boutiques, and studios having

of the art you'll come across here is local in scope,
ownership and inspiration. However, among the many old
brick warehouses are modern structures of steel and
