Pleasant family grill style counter restaurant serving breakfast and lunch food. The reason we went was an after dinner dessert of pecan pie. This is not just any pecan pie (which is made on the premises), they pour butter on their well seasoned grill, then...More

Maybe if you live here and just want plain, average, food you like this place. If you're from out of town and want to sample some of the best that NOLA has to offer you'd be well-advised to give this place a miss. The food...More

Good old style food served by staff who've been there forever...Burgers, fries and shakes are great and their breakfast food is done right and served in huge portions...casual and very friendly. Counters...no tables. Soo good!

The line was out the door. We waited about 30 minutes at noon and it was well worth the wait. Our family had burgers and waffles. All cooked to order just like we like them. Seated on stools watching the cooks in bow ties. Just...More

Whenever we go to New Orleans, we take the St. Charles trolley to the Garden District and visit Camellia Grill. Locals and tourists alike wait on line to grab a stool at the long counter that snakes the length of this old school diner. It's...More

Great food for lunch 12/12. Burgers and freezes were the best. Great service especially Michael. Fantastic trip out from FQ on streetcar.

Veteran New Orleans travelers brought us here for breakfast on Sunday morning. Arrived about 9am and no wait. Sat on the corner of the counter so we could talk. Saw a fella next to us eating a hamburger and knew that was my choice. Yum!!...More

Classic burger joint doing it right. Food is prepared well. Burgers are fresh and grilled nicely on a flattop. Beans and rice are awesome. Creamy with great flavor. Pecan pie grilled and served with ice cream is a perfect desert. Great service and fair pricing.

students living in the area ensure that Uptown and

I really don't know. We were at the Camilla Grill right off St. Charles at the end of the streetcar line. I remember seeing it on the menu but I was focused on the pecan waffles.
