Three of us went for dinner here one evening and we had not booked in advance. The Bistro was extremely busy but we were lucky to get a table straight away. The service was very efficient and we were served fairly quickly. The quality of...More

My wife and I had Sunday Brunch here and it was a perfect way to start our trip to New Orleans. The food was wonderful (my barbecued Shrimp was awesome!), the Bloody Mary's delicious, the staff very welcoming and the ambiance just perfect. We will...More

The food was delicious. Wasn't a fan of the seafood gumbo, but the steak, fried catfish and red fish was great!

The gumbo we had was amazing as well as the catfish appetizer. Staff were very friendly and nice. One of the best restaurants we ate at in NOLA.

We stopped in for dinner and had a great time. The service was great. We had a waiter and another person that cleaned up between courses. The atmosphere is old and charming. Food was great. Excellent flavor in every dish.

Walked into Carousel Bar in the Monteleone and got a table looking out on Mr. B's. Checked out some reviews and made a reservation. Excellent atmosphere, delightful staff, delicious food... make it one of your stops when you go to New Orleans

LOVED Mr. B's Dixieland Jazz Brunch. I had a cup of the seafood gumbo and the BBQ shrimp. Gumbo was okay but the shrimp was off the charts GOOD!!! Well worth pulling off the heads and peeling, dunking in the awesome sauce. Bread was awesome,...More

A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
