This restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy a variety of great food! The oysters were magnificently sliding down my pallet and every bit was marvelous darling!

Felix’s was recommended by several friends and turned out to be excellent as advertised. A casual restaurant, not a place for a long leisurely meal. Usually a long line out the door (moves quickly), but we got seated right away. Recommended getting seating in the...More

Went here today for the Chargrilled Oysters which were good as many have said. However there are places that were better and cheaper.

I was not sure what to have here, so the waiter suggested his personal favourite was the catfish platter. I was not really sure I wanted this but the more he spoke the more he convinced me I should try it! I am so happy...More

This is our second mandatory stop (after Mother's) and our only stop for grilled oysters. We've been coming to NOLA couple times a year for bunch of years and have had grilled oysters most everywhere. This is the must-stop place. Sit at the bar in...More

I enjoyed fresh redfish, while my husband had fabulous grilled oysters. Our relatives, who don’t eat fish( strange, I know) found great tasting burgers and chicken, so everyone was happy. We come to Felix’s every time we are in NO.

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title

little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Walk to Canal St and catch a city bus. It puts you off and you walk toward the back of the bus 2 blocks. I THINK the bus left from Canal & Magazine Streets. The museum is on Andrew Higgins Dr. between Camp and Magazine... More
